Shipping Information:

Shipping is FREE for US delivery when you order from WebPressNotes.com! Each order is processed the same day as received, excluding holidays and unusual circumstances. We are shipping from the East Coast, so be patient after ordering. Please wait at least 15 days after your order had been placed before contacting us! In most cases, our customers are pleasantly surprised with the speedy delivery time, 90% of the time exceeding the 15 day standard. We ship UPS and in some instances, USPS (depending on the merchandise). You receive an email confirmation of your order after it has been submitted, so please make sure your email address is correct!

Returns:

We generally do not accept returns on coin and currency orders unless they are unopened and still in the same condition as it was sent. This is primarily due to our product's nature ... paper money when handled, loses its grades. If the merchandise is handled, we cannot resell it as it was advertised.
The only exception in our returns policy would be damage caused by the mail carrier. Please inform us, and/or the delivery service if this situation occurs.
We are very accommodating with our customers and guarantee you satisfaction. If you have a problem, Contact us, we will be glad to help!

Satisfaction is GUARANTEED with all products sold, we treat people the way we would expect to be treated. If unhappy with your purchase simply return the product(s) in THE CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED and we will reimburse you 100% of the product price.
